MitchelLake Executive were engaged to conduct a nationwide search for a senior executive who had experience in scaling platforms from a tech viewpoint.

The remit of the role was to build structure, process and systems and drive a clear product vision and strategy that would set the foundation for global scaling of the business.

After an extensive search, four profiles were presented to the client and the successful candidate accepted four weeks earlier than the expected 12 week timeframe.
