NICTA is Australia's Information and Communications Technology Research Centre of Excellence. They currently employ more than 600 researchers and PhD students, including many of the world’s leading researchers in their fields.

Assignment

Identify and engage three Commercialisation Managers who could assist various research teams in developing go to market strategies.

Leveraging our existing network in combination with a social media campaign, we identified individuals with the ability to manage various stakeholders in commercialisation research and development projects within a new and changing landscape.

The individuals engaged were locals from New South Wales and Victoria. However the lack of existing Tech focused research centers in Brisbane required us to relocate someone from New South Wales.
