Alexandra Sirjani is the Project Management Associate for the MitchelLake Executive Search team. With a background in product management, Alexandra aids in optimizing current processes, improving client reports, and mastering our internal systems among other things.
She is a Bay Area native who can be found hiking, attending live music shows, and planning social events in her free time. Alexandra has a product management certification from General Assembly and a BA in Organizational Communication from San Francisco State University.
Conny Lim is a Partner in the MitchelLake business based in Singapore. She has completed over 100 assignments in her 12 year career in Executive Search spanning multiple geographies including diverse markets such as China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
Having worked in global search firms, she prides herself as someone who is able to assist clients in identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent in market. Coupled with her innate understanding of local talent, breadth of cultures across Asia and global best practices she is very well placed to partner with digital, market entry and convergent technology players across APAC.
Eileen Munroe is based out of MitchelLake Group's San Francisco office and has been helping companies hire the right talent for over 10 years working with companies from early stage start-ups to public companies. She specializes in technology leadership but has also worked on marketing, CEO and board level roles.
Gerry Davis is a globally experienced business leader who spent more than a decade in chief executive and executive roles across technology, digital and consulting organisations before commencing his now 20 year career in Executive Search. Gerry previously led Heidrick & Struggles as Managing Partner of Global Practices, and was most recently with CTPartners (via acquisition of Johnson Partners) based in Sydney where he focused on the establishment and leadership of their APAC technology practice.
Kevin Griffiths is part of MitchelLake Executive search. He is focused on supporting the success of start-ups, scale up and market entry for ventures in Fintech, IoT, cloud computing, big data and digital transformation. Kevin has successfully completed executive projects with News Corp, SurveyMonkey, Signal (formally BrightTag), BrightEdge, Criteo, Facebook, Guardian, Zeebox, Hybris, Yammer, Westfield Labs and Woolworths to name a few.
Natalie Windle joins MitchelLake after 5 years overseas, working across public affairs, communications and executive search and consulting. Natalie’s experience extends from Dods Group in Brussels, Execuzen in London and prior to that Heidrick & Struggles in Sydney. Joining our Sydney team, Natalie will be providing research and delivery support for executive search assignments across the technology space.
Simon Robinson leads the research and talent-mapping function for the MitchelLake Group and works with businesses of various sizes, from startups to international organisations, within the digital and emerging technologies space. Simon's specialties include executive search around disruption, transformation and innovation.
Sophie Cohen is Head of Research and Delivery for the MitchelLake Group. She has over 15 years experience in executive search across various industries including industrial, pharmaceutical, finance and digital.
Sophie is a trained Psychologist and has lived and worked in France, the UK, the US and Australia. She speaks French and English fluently.
Thalia Thomas works within MitchelLake's Executive practice and has over 8 years' experience in executive search, working end-to-end on executive level appointments from proposal stage through to candidate appointment.
She has played a key role in a diverse range of searches including the appointment of senior government officials, chief and other c-suite executives, and independent directors for a wide range of organisations in IT as well as in the public sector, utilities, health and property.

Veenu Anand has ten years of research experience in executive search industry. She has worked in India and Singapore.
Prior to joining MitchelLake, she worked for Egon Zehnder and Spencer Stuart in Singapore. In her previous roles, she was member of the CFO core team which was instrumental in developing CFO practice for SEA. She has also worked on various research projects across verticals and sectors ranging from telecom, industrial, financial services and life science across APAC.

The UK’s loss is MitchelLake’s gain as we welcome Adele Moynihanto the team as Principal Consultant in our Sydney office. Having studied law, Adele has been a consultant for the Careers Development Group (Brighton, UK) and PDS Group (London). She is an experienced international recruiter within the technology sector and has an in-depth knowledge of payment technologies. She has placed senior talent across enterprise and startups, and in both technical and commercial roles.
Amanda Melo is MLG's Director of Finance and Operations. Before joining the MitchelLake Group, Amanda ran finance and operations for 5th Finger, where she played an instrumental role in the acquisition of the company by Merkle.
Amanda has also worked as a contract accountant for several small advertising agencies in San Francisco. She is extremely detailed oriented and loves the rhythm of working with small companies.
Amanda Padellaro joins MitchelLake with one year of agency recruitment experience. Her main focus is with tech startups local to the SF bay area, placing people in sales, marketing and other various functions. She graduated with a degree in Advertisement, Public Relations & Marketing.
Outside the office, Amanda is always on the go. If you want to bike, hike, camp, or just relax by the lake, she is your partner for spontaneous adventures!
With over 15 years experience in recruitment and talent solutions, Andrew Blades' experience has principally been around Technology and Business Strategy and Architecture, IoT, FinTech and C-level Engagements. He also runs the Australiasian Architecture Network, the largest of its type in the southern hemisphere.
Outside of work he is a craft beer connoisseur.
Annie Denton is a Principal Consultant in the MitchelLake Group's Melbourne office. She comes from a background in tech recruitment in a time when the Melbourne market began to embrace Agile/Lean methodologies to promote continuous involvement and better product development. Working in this space inspired a passion for Digital Innovation, so Annie joined MitchelLake to help organisations attract the right people to innovate. Her specialty lies in Agile Business Analysis/Project Management, Web/Mobile Development, DevOps, and Test Engineering.
While she now calls Melbourne her home, Annie spent the first half of her life in Belgium, Canada, and Brazil, before finally settling in the Northeast of the USA. She is fluent in Portuguese, and is hoping that someday this will come in handy as Brazil continues to become a major player in the digital world.
Brendin Lo joins MitchelLake after four years as Head of Finance with Nakama Global. Based out of the MitchelLake Sydney office, Brendin oversees finance across Australia and Singapore. With an interest in football and photography outside of work, Antarctica is on his must-see list.
Christophe Hovette is a specialist across the Digital Marketing and Sales Executive space with experience that has covered Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. We're pleased to have someone so passionate about technology, design, innovation and startups join our team and we hope he lives up to his self-professed geek description. One of his favourite books that he recommends everyone in business should read is "The Hard Thing About Hard Things" by Ben Horowitz.
Daniel Nou joins the MitchelLake Sydney team as a recent graduate of the University of Technology where he completed a double degree in Science (Information Technology) and Business in 2016. With a passion for problem solving, technical and communication skills, he will be a welcomed addition to the technology side of R&D at MitchelLake. Dan's growing interest in the world of technology stems from a passion in electronic sports.
Having spent two years working in recruitment across the digital space, Ethan Tattersfield has settled in Melbourne, direct from his native London. He is passionate about Digital Marketing across the e-commerce and mobile/product landscape, and is looking forward to sinking his teeth into R&D at MitchelLake. A keen foodie, Ethan is also an Apple-fanatic (yes, he even has the watch), and with the London marathon under his belt his eyes are set for Melbourne's marathon in 2016.
Gareth Brannigan joined MitchelLake as a Research & Delivery consultant to focus on the Analytics space. Relatively new to the recruitment industry, Gareth made the move from a not so sunny Belfast to a slightly sunnier London to begin his recruitment career. Starting in Life Sciences Statistics recruitment, he then moved on to Big Data Analytics recruitment spanning multiple industries. He is ever astounded at what the space can achieve and what benefits it can bring to companies.
Outside of work Gareth is a keen musician, rugby fan (GO IRELAND!) as well as a passable amateur chef. So if you are ever in the neighbourhood pop by and tuck into a mean risotto and listen to some dulcet tones.
Gemma Hughes comes to the Mitchellake Onsite team with 2 years of contingent search experience focused on placing Product Managers, Designers and Analytics professionals into Bay Area tech startups.
Gemma also has a serious case of wanderlust and is always up for swapping travel stories!

James Procter is a Senior Consultant working within MLG’s Sydney office. He is Lead Consultant across MLG’s contract delivery practice and hopes to increase this capability to assist the wide variety of clients MLG engages - from enterprise to emerging tech start-ups.
He began his career in London and has gained extensive recruitment experience across European and APAC markets. After a fantastic five years in Sydney, James loves a fast-paced lifestyle and embracing everything this beautiful city has to offer. Jamie Finnegan is the Mitchellake Group's Marketing and Communications specialist. He plays a key role in driving the group's social media presence, as well as company events.
Previously, Jamie held a marketing and business development role for a niche advertising agency in the United Kingdom.
He is also the company's social and cultural ambassador and ensures MLG is involved with ongoing charity work.
Jessica Baker provides remote organisational support from her home office in Las Vegas, NV. She has worked closely with MitchelLake Executive as an Administrative Consultant since April 2015, and has since come on as a full-time Executive Assistant, working in close collaboration with MitchelLake's Global Executive Team.
Jon Tanner is co-founder of the MitchelLake Group and has been advising startup, growth and enterprise clients on talent acquisition for the best part of two decades.
Specialising in market entry, scale up and digital transformation, Jon has overseen executive search and growth strategy for hundreds of ventures in banking, travel, retail, gaming, communications, media and entertainment. Jon works and travels extensively across all major hubs and is based in our Singapore office.
Kenny Acosta is a Recruiting Consultant with 3+ years' experience. He earned his stripes in the Enterprise Business Intelligence space supporting clients such as Sony Pictures, Levi Strauss, and Toms Shoes. Matt Smith works in Mitchellake's Melbourne office and is focused on connecting like-minded companies and people within digital disciplines across strategy, marketing, product, channel and analytics.
Originally from New Zealand, Matt spent time in marketing recruitment before spending five years in the UK working with leading organisations to build digital and marketing teams.

Matthew Parker has recently relocated to Australia from the UK, where he started his recruitment career in London with Carmichael Fisher in 2013. With over 20 years of combined technology practitioner and talent management experience, Michael Piacente is responsible for leading, growing, and expanding MLG's US operation. Michael has been responsible for building and driving growth for executive search practices and managed services organizations. Michael's specific focus is in the area of Technical Operations, Engineering, and Security.
Mike Fossi is the Sales Director for MitchelLake Onsite, where he’s focused on developing new partnerships. Mike has over 9 years of sales experience, with 5 years in the recruitment technology space. Mike has driven sales for LinkedIn, Hired, and Vettery before joining MitchelLake Onsite. He has a deep understanding of the recruitment process and is excited to help solve some of its challenges.
In his free time, you can find Mike inside a boxing ring, running along the Embarcadero, backpacking in Yosemite, or downtown San Francisco searching for the perfect Old Fashioned.

Nick Krekis is fresh off the boat from London after working 3 years in a marketing specialist recruitment agency for the tech sector. He has a strong passion for digital marketing and a real geeky love for all things tech. With an accent and looks to that of Will from The Inbetweeners, he thought he could escape the ridicule he faced in the UK by moving to the other side of the world, sadly he was mistaken.
In his spare time you can find Nick cycling, training in Martial Arts or trying a new whiskey while convincing someone why Sony is a far more superior mobile than Apple or Samsung (HTC aren't worth mentioning).
PJ Cress has worked extensively with multiple clients in the Bay Area in his short time in recruiting, starting out at Randstad Technologies. He has gained experience on both the candidate and client side. He is a recent graduate of Menlo College in Silicon Valley where he studied Marketing. PJ is a huge fan of competitive sport (both playing and supporting) and this also drives his motivation and experience in the work environment.
Phaedon Stough is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of MLG. He has over 15 years of tech-centric international executive search experience across a range of clients from global enterprise to seed funded startups.

Rina Lee has joined MitchelLake's Singapore office as a Partner, and will be using her extensive experience and networks to continue to build upon our work within the local digital market. Most recently Rina was at 33 Talent serving as their Practice Director, and prior to that she was at Xpand Group. In her 10 year career she has worked at Robert Walters and Eames Consulting Group.
Outside of the office Rina enjoys travel, yoga and cooking.
Suba Sriram is a Recruitment Consultant for the Mitchellake Group. She comes with a wealth of International Talent Acquisition experience across a variety of startups and has spent the last three years in an agency environment recruiting for tech companies.

Yvette Martinez graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Molecular Biology. She was born and raised in Los Angeles but has fallen in love with the San Francisco Bay area. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, singing her heart out at karaoke and eating amazing food!
